Congratulations for completing the finals :)
Job well done for the leap in ranking in both district (2nd) and national level (8th)! Most importantly the team had shown improvement since their last performance. That's reassuring for unit.

I think above all there are lessons to be learned. Attitude towards your tasks should have matured after this incident, be it for the Charlie or for the Delta platoon. Your words and your actions reflect your thoughts, hence please be careful in the future. Think twice, be it for yourself or for the rest, for your actions do affect them.

Nevertheless, it's unfair on our part to judge and demand as well. It has been an eventful week. Fatigue and tiredness is understandable. Thankfully the events are clearing their way, i think its a suitable period to spend more time on your studies now. Good luck in completing your holiday homework (start with the more urgent ones)! At least give it a try ya, instead of simply chucking them away.
