Once again, NCC Land has reached another milestone.

It has successfully groomed a new batch of true blue leaders ready to take on new roles outside of NCC and i would suppose to the life of these people, NCC Land had made some significant changes to them. Quoting from Sir Lester, be 1, be it 2, as long as someone has changed for the better because of NCC Land, that's all that matters. To the 9 newly stepped down "hairdressers", congratulations for you have changed for the better since 2007. The young and inexperienced greenhorns back then has now developed into mature decision makers. You have changed the way you think, the way you behaviour and most notably the way you lead. You have accomplished much and you have given much, that is something that NCC Land will be proud of and will be grateful to. To the specialist of 2009-2010, thank you for the effort, thank you for the contributions, thank you for bringing pride to the unit and thank you for the concerns you have given. Be ready to receive new challenges up ahead but do not forget what land has been to you. Use what you have learned here to overcome these new obstacles and develop yourself further as you learn and grow. All the way to success and all the best :)

To the new batch of NCC Land leaders. Take on the roles and go all out to fulfill them. 1 year is all you got, you must not waste it. Feel for the unit, feel the urge to want to change the people in it. Take the stage and awe your audience for now the a year long performance has just begun. You will need the support of each other, you will need the bond. All the best to all of you and keep your objectives in mind.
