There would be training this friday but apparently, there would not be any morning fall in . This indicates that cadets would only have to BRING no.3 and need not to wear it throughout the entire day due to the emergency exercise. But attendence and the wearing of no.3 would still be enforced during the afternoon training which would start at 2.30pm.

There would also be training for the Part B since your camp FEAST only lies on the 18 and 19 of FEB. Which happens to be monday and tuesday. Thus your uni should be dried by fri.

One more thing, you should be in direct contact with your (Assitance) Part Sergeants . Only when these people cant be reached then you start asking for me for help . STOP jumping the hierarchy. Of course if its important/urgent issue i wouldent mind helping. But please , weigh your issue out first.
