Well , its another post . Know that u guys didnt do very well for your individual HQ activities. Cheer up if you are at your sorrows. Learn from these experiences and abandon your sorrows (if u have them) . DONT EVER discriminate yourselves . U guys are not noobs, u guys have the experience now , treasure it and LEARN FROM IT.

For the part B , teach your juniors well next year and let them take your place to earn a higher ranking.

For the part A , theres still next year . Don't let this year's mistake drown you to death on your next IMT.

And for those who are gg for the competition . GD LUCK ! we really need the push .

Final statement : I writing this post not because im being easy on your guys , im just thinking that scolding wouldent help , so mind as well motivate, i would be expecting more than this nonsense, its not your full capability yet.

Last thing : i believe most of you guys have receive the IFC mail . study hard , it would be tested in your future years to come . We (Specs) would be revising it with you guys during trng time.
